Information handling

When you submit the contact form, JAMPAD SYSTEMS LLC collects the information you provide, including your name, organization, email address, phone number if provided, area of interest, and message. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting business communication.

Form delivery

Contact-form submissions are transmitted to JAMPAD by email using Resend, our email-delivery provider. JAMPAD does not store submissions in a website database. Email messages may be retained for legitimate business, security, contractual, or legal purposes.

Analytics and security

The website uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Basic technical information may also be processed to operate the website, prevent abuse, and maintain security. JAMPAD does not sell contact-form information.

Your choices

Do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, classified, export-controlled, or other protected information in the contact form. You may contact JAMPAD to request access to or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
