Mr. Rogers founded JAMPAD SYSTEMS LLC on the principle that Salesforce modernization succeeds only when technical delivery is paired with mission understanding, disciplined leadership, and accountability to the people who use the system daily. That principle guides JAMPAD's approach to building solutions that hold up operationally, not just technically.
He brings six years of Salesforce consulting experience across large-scale federal environments. His experience includes end-to-end administration for a Department of the Navy organization supporting more than 7,000 users, delivery of four custom Salesforce applications, and consulting work supporting the Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship and the Air Force Research Laboratory's Gateway to Site platform. His background includes Salesforce administration and configuration, Experience Cloud, Agile delivery, data integrity, reporting, accounting, and financial analysis.
A member of the Air National Guard, Mr. Rogers brings a continued commitment to service and mission-focused delivery. He holds multiple Salesforce certifications, a Master of Science in Data Analytics, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
